Fitness coaching and personal training is a growing trend for those who want to improve their physique, fitness levels and lifestyle habits. Fitness is part of a healthy and active lifestyle, not just exercises, and we want you to view it that way.

 

Working with a Greatly Nurtured Development personal trainer will improve your endurance, strength, power and understanding of nutrition. Some key benefits are:

Regular workouts and physical activity create strong muscles and bones. It improves respiratory, cardiovascular and overall health. All fitness programmes and sessions vary over each session and are tailored to the individual’s age, level and need, which will build your confidence and fitness levels. The aim with Greatly Nurtured Development fitness coaching is to provide an opportunity to gain an understanding and practice of holistic fitness.

The Classes:

Fit In 30

A flagship full body workout which is suitable for all levels of fitness. A great way to get a sweat on from top to bottom. No weights are  required for this session.

Booty Blaster

A session based on working on your prized ass-ets and the muscles associated. If you’re aiming to build a great bum, this is the session for you! No weights are required for this session.

Upper Body

Shoulders? Chest? Arms? Back? Check! We've got your upper body covered in this session. No weights are required for this session.

Core Workout

More than just “abs”, we will focus on building the strength which allows you to get the most out of your daily activities. No equipment is  required for this session.

Low Intensity

If you’re looking for a session that is more gentle on the joints, you're recovering from an injury, or you need a more low intensity session, we have a full body workout for you from the platform of your chair. A dining chair or firm chair is required for this session.

Herbalife Active Community

Our Greatly Nurtured Development Herbalife Active Community is our official fitness and nutrition Facebook community platform where you will get FREE access to online workouts, meditation, yoga, motivational talks and recipes when using Herbalife Nutrition.
